Shipping Information

While we are based in Switzerland, we do ship worldwide. To get an exact quote for your order, please use the checkout function.

To make shipping available at a reasonable cost to everyone, we do have a standard shipping option. Please note, however, standard shipping does not come with any tracking or insurance and does take a while. If you want faster shipping with tracking and insurance, please choose Priority shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary greatly on where you are located, but here are some rough estimates. please note that these are the times after the order has been shipped out, for availability information, please read on.

Switzerland:
Priority: 1-2 working days
Standard: 2-4 working days

Europe:
Priority: 2-10 working days
Standard: 4-15 working days

United States:
Priority: 3-7 working days
Standard: 15-30 working days

Rest of the World:
Priority: 3-15 working days
Standard: 10-30 working days

Availability

Our products are made to order, so there is some time between you placing your order and it being shipped out. We do our best to ship as fast as possible while making sure not to compromise on our high quality standards. We rather make you wait a few days longer for your order than deliver something that doesn’t look good.

Most orders we are able to ship within a week, but in some cases, it can take a bit longer.
